Cristina Henley Art offers original artwork, prints, and selected art-inspired products.

Because artwork is viewed digitally, colors, textures, and details may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, monitor calibration, lighting conditions, and device type. While every effort is made to accurately represent each piece, slight variations between on-screen images and the physical artwork may occur.

Original artworks are one-of-a-kind pieces. Once sold, they may no longer be available unless otherwise noted.

Limited-edition prints, reproductions, and custom products may vary slightly from images displayed online due to production methods and materials.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submission of an order constitutes an offer to purchase.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to:

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We carefully package all artwork and products to ensure safe delivery.

Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, weather events, customs processing, labor disruptions, or circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss transfers to the purchaser once the package has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays, losses, or additional charges resulting from incorrect addresses.

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or delays outside of our control.

SECTION 6 – RETURNS, REFUNDS, AND DAMAGED ITEMS

Due to the unique and limited nature of artwork, all sales are considered final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

If artwork arrives damaged, you must contact us within seven (7) days of delivery and provide photographs of:

The damaged artwork
Packaging materials
Shipping labels

We will work with you to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include replacement, repair, store credit, or refund where applicable.

SECTION 7 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All artwork, paintings, prints, product designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, website content, and related materials are the exclusive property of Cristina Henley Art and are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

The purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

Collectors may not reproduce, distribute, publish, modify, create derivative works from, license, sell reproductions of, or commercially exploit any artwork without prior written permission.

Images of artwork displayed on this website may not be copied, downloaded for commercial use, or reproduced in any form without express written consent.

If commissions are offered in the future, additional terms, timelines, pricing structures, revision policies, and cancellation provisions may apply and will be provided separately before commencement of any commissioned project.
