Frequently Asked Questions

What inspires your paintings?

My paintings are inspired by the stories we carry, the friendships that sustain us, the moments that shape us, and the quiet acts of courage that help us become who we are. Each piece begins with a feeling, memory, or question and evolves into a visual story that invites viewers to find their own meaning within it.

Are your paintings based on real people?

Not usually. The figures in my paintings are often imagined characters inspired by universal experiences rather than specific individuals. They represent emotions, relationships, memories, and parts of ourselves that many of us share.

Do your paintings have stories behind them?

Yes. Storytelling is at the heart of my work. Every painting begins with an idea, reflection, or narrative that guides the creative process. I love sharing these stories because they often help collectors form a deeper connection with the work.

Do you accept commissions?

I'm not accepting commissions at this time. However, I do hope to open commission opportunities in the future.
If you're interested in working with me on a custom piece, I encourage you to join my email newsletter and follow me on Instagram. I'll announce there first if and when I begin accepting commissions.

Do you sell prints?

Yes. I offer select artworks as fine art prints in a variety of sizes. My goal is to make my work accessible to collectors at different stages of their collecting journey.

How do I know if an original painting is still available?

The website is updated regularly to reflect availability. If a painting is marked as sold, feel free to reach out, there may be prints available, or I may have similar work in progress.

Do you ship artwork?

Yes. I ship both original artwork and prints. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout, and if you're located outside the listed regions, please contact me for a custom quote.

How is the artwork packaged?

I take great care in packaging every piece. Original paintings are professionally wrapped and protected to ensure they arrive safely and ready to enjoy.

Can I see your work in person?

Whenever possible, yes. I regularly participate in exhibitions, art shows, and community events. You can find upcoming exhibitions on my website or through my email newsletter.

Do you work with galleries?

I currently exhibit through juried shows and local art spaces, and I'm always interested in building meaningful relationships with galleries, curators, and collectors who connect with my work.

How can I stay informed about new work?

The best way is to join my email list. Subscribers receive updates on new collections, upcoming exhibitions, studio insights, and occasional stories behind the paintings before they're shared anywhere else.

What do you hope people feel when they experience your work?

I hope my paintings remind people of their own stories, the friendships and relationships they've cherished, the courage they've found, and the parts of themselves they're still discovering. If someone feels seen, understood, or a little less alone after spending time with a piece, then the painting has done its job.
