Refund policy

I want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order to discuss a return.

To be eligible for a return:

- You must contact me within 7 days of delivery and receive return authorization before       sending the item back.
- The artwork or product must be returned in its original packaging.
- The item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or         incorrect.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please note that custom, commissioned, or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of the packaging and artwork so I can assist you.
